One of the oldest on-going free Bluegrass festivals in the United States, Bluegrass in the Park Folklife Festival marks its 24th year in 2009. The event runs August 7-8 in the Audubon Mill Park in Henderson, Kentucky and features top bluegrass entertainment. This years lineup includes Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, Kenny & Amanda Smith, Gold Heart, The Greencards and many others.

In addition to great Bluegrass music, Bluegrass in the Park Folklife Festival boasts unique events and a family friendly atmosphere.

Bluegrass in the Park Folklife Festival is the second Henderson festival to be honored by the Southeast Tourism Society this year, joining the W.C. Handy Blues & Barbecue Festival on the list of Top 20 Event honorees.

NashCamp Readies Classes And Launches New Website

Nashville's premier bluegrass training camp, NashCamp has a new look and a great new lineup of instructors for 2009. Limited enrollment is available for Songwriting July 24-26, Bluegrass August 3-8 and Banjo Camp October 16-18.
